Cancellation Policy
By booking your appointment online, you agree to our cancellation policies. 50% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of all services booked. Late arrival may result in modifications to the services. If later than 15 minutes to the appointment, a no show fee will be applied.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
Guests or Children
Due to limited space, guests may not accompany you into the treatment room. They are welcome to wait in the lobby or lounge area until your service is complete. To ensure a safe and calm environment for all services, no children are not permitted during appointments.
